Welcome to our Annual Easter Show, please ensure you select the correct performance time for your child. Please see the schedule details outlined below. There are some time changes for some classes. We ask that you only purchase X2 tickets per child performing. If you require more tickets please contact office@planetgymnasticsni.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate. Wednesday Magee & Foyle Friday Shows
For all children that normally attend on Wednesday at Magee or Friday at Foyle please drop them off for rehearsal at 5.30pm. Please note this is a time change for the Junior/Senior groups. They will rehearse until 6.15pm and then spectators will take their seats to watch their performances from 6.15pm-7.00pm.
Foyle Saturday Shows
On Saturday we will have 3 sessions (3 Easter Shows.) Please note parents attending with Preschoolers and Parents and Tots will stay with their child as their 1-2-1 as the coach guides you through rehearsal and performance. There will be a back stage area for this age group for playing if any one wishes to play as opposed to perform. Preschoolers & Parent & Tots will open each session with their performances.
All other classes are dropped off for a 30 minute rehearsal before spectators take their seats for the show. Please see below for timings. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Noella at office@planetgymnasticsni.co.uk or call: 07754015160 during our opening hours to confirm.
Session 1- If you normally attend Preschool, Beginner & Minor at 9.30am for your class on a Saturday, the below schedule is for you:
Rehearsal-9.30am-10.00am > Spectators take their Seats 10.00am > Show Ends at 10.30am.
Session 2- If you normally attend Parent & Tot at 10.15am or Beginner & Minors at 10.30am for your class on a Saturday, the below schedule is for you:
Rehearsal- 10.30am-11.00am >Spectators take their Seats 11.00am > Show Ends 11.30am.
Session 3-If you normally attend Preschool 11.15am, Beginner & Minors at 11.30am, Preschool 12.00pm and Junior & Senior at 12.30pm for your class on a Saturday the below schedule is for you:
Rehearsal- 11.30am-12.00pm > Spectators take their Seats 12.00pm >Show ends 12.30pm.
All children performing at the show must have British Gymnastics Insurance or they will be unable to participate. Click Here
